Information we collect
We only collect the information you provide to us and the information needed for the website to work:
- Contact form: name, company name, email address, phone number and message.
- “Start your project” form: first name, last name, phone number, email address, project details (room, dimensions, budget, desired service and product, preferred time to be contacted) and any files you choose to attach.
- Account creation: name, email address and password (stored in encrypted form).
- Orders: contact details, billing and shipping addresses, and details of the products ordered. No payment card information is collected on this website.
- Job applications: name, email address, phone number, LinkedIn profile, résumé and any information you add to your application.
- Browsing: cookies and traffic data, according to the choices you make in the consent banner.
Why we use it
- To answer your requests and prepare your quotes.
- To manage your account, your orders, their delivery and after-sales service.
- To review applications received for our job offers.
- To measure and improve website traffic, if you consent.
- To comply with our legal obligations, including accounting and tax obligations.
We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for other purposes without your consent.
