No deposit refunds on special-order products.

However, your deposit may be applied to any new order placed in store.

No exchange or refund will be granted on installation products such as adhesive, cement, glue, grout, etc., from November 1 to May 1, due to the possible freezing of some of these products.

INVENTORY PRODUCTS

Merchandise may be returned within 15 days of receiving the order in store. All returned products are subject to inspection.

Products must be in their original packaging, unopened and undamaged.

Please note that clearance items, end-of-lot products, etc. are final sales.

QUANTITY CALCULATION

Labrecque Plancher Décor advisors can help the customer calculate the quantities of products required.

However, the customer must provide the measurements of the area to be covered and releases the company from any liability for a calculation error on its part.

INSTALLATION

Before beginning the installation of your products, you or your installers must verify that the purchased products match the invoice (quantities, colours, models and lots), as no claim will be accepted once the material has been installed.

When the installation is performed by Labrecque, a one-year warranty on labour is granted.

WOOD GRADE

By signing, you accept the chosen grade of your hardwood or engineered wood.

HUMIDITY

It is important to keep the ambient humidity level of your home between 40% and 55%.

When purchasing a hardwood, engineered or floating floor, it is important to test the humidity of your subfloor (maximum 12%) before installing it.

There must be a maximum difference of 4% between it and the wood.

The room where the product will be installed must be at a minimum of 18 degrees Celsius before installation.

STORAGE

Labrecque Plancher Décor can store your merchandise for a maximum of 15 days from the date your material is received.

After this period, a fee of $150 per month will be charged to you.

Labrecque disclaims all liability for any damage (direct, indirect or special) to your vehicle or to the material during, or following, the loading of the merchandise.

PAYMENT TERMS

Net payment on delivery or pickup.

Administration fee of 2% per month or 26.82% per year on any overdue account.

Labrecque shall remain the absolute owner of all goods sold until the total of the invoice has been paid in full.

N.B. Labrecque Plancher Décor does everything in its power to supply your products within the indicated time frames.

However, Labrecque disclaims all liability for delays in receiving your merchandise or delays in your installation work.

If an ordered product is out of stock (b/o), we cannot guarantee the price for more than 30 days.
